• Excellent communication skills in managing and maintaining customer relationships and expectations
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Oversee the proper training and development of all FOH staff, including all staff training in occupational health and safety guidelines
• Proven ability to control labour and operating costs.

A very attractive salary, commensurate with experience: 80K-85K per annum
