About the role:
As an MS Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and customising CRM solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyse requirements, and implement CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand CRM requirements
Design, develop, and customise MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client needs
Customise CRM entities, workflows, forms, and reports
Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems (on-prem and cloud)
Perform data migration and provide support for data management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM
Develop and maintain technical documentation
About you:
Proven experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, including customisation, configuration, and integration
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
Experience with CRM SDK, REST, and SOAP APIs
Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate
Extensive Azure experience
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
The successful Technical Dynamics Developers will have in-depth Dynamics CRM technical knowledge and experience of supporting viable solutions around MS Dynamics CRM to support a wide client base.
Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain and Operations
Strong Consulting experience in the Microsoft eco-system including D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2, R3 through life support
Microsoft Dynamics 2015, 2016 or 365 data integration experience
C# .Net skills are required for the technical consultants
