WHO YOU ARE
An experienced Business Director, who values creativity, curiosity and holds themselves
and others to a high standard of work, sharing a passion for the power of strategic and
creative thinking to unlock business challenges.
With 5 years of experience, primarily focused in creative advertising agencies, we’re
seeking someone with strong experience working on strategically complex and
creatively ambitious global clients and projects, with integrated campaign thinking and
a strong understanding of the role of earned media in creating brand impact. You’ll be an
excellent communicator, presenter and collaborator with teams and clients of diverse
backgrounds, always supporting to chart the path forward and get to outstanding work.
Above all else, we rely on you to build strong relationships with clients, then deliver amazing work, on time and on budget. But if you really want to drive us towards work that matters, we’ll also look to you to sniff out the opportunities, unlock untapped budgets, uncover better briefs, identify proactive opportunities and have the conversations that turn a boring banner ad into a big, beautiful idea that changes lives.
