Degree trained Teachers
Diploma trained in Early Childhood Education and Care
To fill positions from January 2024, but there is an option to start earlier. Graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Flinders is pleased to be able to offer above award wages and conditions. Salary range is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00, this is based on years and experience.
There are multiple positions available on a fortnightly roster. Flinders is open Monday - Friday from 7.15am until 6.00pm and you will be required to work set shifts within these times.
Essential Criteria
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid
Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care
Desirable Criteria
Understanding Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Understanding of contemporary theorists
Secondary language
Comprehensive understanding of Reggio Emilia principles
