We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and professional restaurant manager to be part of an exciting new restaurant.
Serafina offers a premium dining experience from the moment our guests arrive. Serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week, we are placing a strong focus on specialty southern European flavours with a simple, fresh and healthy food, and outstanding customer service.
The stunning historic venue and surroundings are complemented by exceptional food, our guests experience is warm, passionate and strives to all it can be.
We are looking for a committed, full time Restaurant Manager with an easy-going personality, who possess energy and passion for the industry to head up our new location in Hawthorn.
Responsibilities:
· All aspects of managing the restaurant floor daily
· Recruiting and managing a full team
· Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
· Stock ordering & cost control
· Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s.
· Promoting and marketing the venue to increase sales.

A desire to always deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
· Has had experience in a similar role in a quality high volume establishment, minimum of 2 years as a full time.
· Is extremely organised and a good communicator.
· Ability to help manage, train, and motivate a team. Has strong leadership skills. A good work ethic & team player, reliable & punctual. Can lead by example.
· Strong administrative skills and POS system experience.
· Can uphold and develop the excellent systems and culture we have in place
· Can maintain excellent health & hygiene practices and is aware of food safety and OHS.
· Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
