As we are an ever-expanding business an opportunity has presented itself here at The Woodhouse Bar and grill to join our management ranks.
We are seeking a friendly, positive, customer-focused team player with a strong hospitality background to join us in the role of a Bar Manager of our NEW BAR.
The Bar manager’s responsibilities include coordinating and managing the bar, creating new cocktails, managing the inventory, cash handling, recruitment of staff, as well as working collaboratively with the team to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the venue.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and assist our team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.

You will also be responsible for the profitability of the venue. And through working for a leading hotel group, we invest in you to develop these ‘real life’ financial tools to drive Transit to success. These tools may one day help you towards setting up your own successful hospitality business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing drink menus, training and implementation
Manage customers experience
Recruitment/management of staff
Manage shift from end too end
Manage inventory for bar
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
REQUIREMENTS
Vast knowledge in beverage range, product, and cocktails
Immaculate presentation
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
Exceptional communication
Strong leadership, management and organizational skills
