About The Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Absolute Immigration brand is accurately represented and communicated. The Marketing Coordinator’s goal is to build brand presence in the market by developing and creating content, developing new products and services to grow revenue streams, and driving engagement with the AI brand across various channels. This role pays $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation and is located at our Prahran office.
Broadly speaking, your duties will include:
• Development, design, and implementation of digital marketing strategies
• Development and implementation of initiatives to attract both clients and new talent
• Undertake market and competitor research and analysis, identifying industry trends
• Implementation of marketing strategies to generate brand awareness for Australian and New Zealand businesses, such as the roll-out of testimonial programs and referral campaigns
• Development of digital and printed collateral for internal and external stakeholders to support sales activity
• Development and implementation of social media strategies
• Online blog and news article creation and placement to keep subscribers and target audience informed of legislative/policy updates/changes
About You
The key skills and behaviors that make a truly great Marketing Coordinator , and what we are looking for are:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, social media, or commerce
• 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Absolute attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience with managing a range of internal and external stakeholder
