VOAG Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Poultry Farmer who can undertake
the below tasks:
Your responsibilities will include the following:
To be able to run and manage the whole Farm.
To be on call on a daily basis while chickens are in.
Raising poultry to produce chicken meat.
Manage the daily requirements for the welfare of chickens.
Running computer programs and managing orders for the farm.
Managing weekly reports to the producer when needed.
Directing and overseeing general farming activities - sheds and farming
equipment to be kept in order.
Farm roads, fencing, water supply to be kept to a high standard at all times.
Hiring contractors & supervising workers.
Arrange with the producer for the placement of chicks and collection.
of grown birds, as required by the producer.
Managing financial records of the farm.

Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
Able to perform under pressure.
Experience
At least 2 years’ previous experience in managing a poultry farm essential.
Background knowledge in poultry industry and farming.
