Corporate Account Executive

We are looking for a Corporate Account Executive to join our highly successful Sales Team. As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be engaging directly with businesses that have 200+ employees and helping them to grow. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, and increase the customer's usage of the HubSpot platform over time. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.

What are your responsibilities as an Account Executive?

Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads 
Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
Run online, and occasionally in-person, product demonstrations
Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level 
Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced 
Liaise with internal HubSpot stakeholders such as Legal, Finance and Security to solve for the more complex contract requirements of our Corporate customers as well as answer Legal, Security, Procurement questionnaires and RFP
Sell the full growth platform, heavily weighted towards the Enterprise license 

Who are you?

6+ years in a quota-carrying role
Proven experience in a complex selling environment 
Have strong experience presenting and pitching to C-level executives on a business change
Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets
Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method (E.g. Sandler)
You will also have excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong growth mindset, a proven ability to drive results and a customer-first mentality 

How will you excel in this role? 

An understanding of how businesses grow, and confidence in advising C-level executives on growth strategies
Genuine curiosity about business and technology
A growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for self-development
High performance in areas outside of professional work (E.g hobbies, side business, sport, creative)
Having taken on additional responsibility in a team environment (E.g coaching, mentoring, team projects)

Internal Candidate Qualifications: 

Meet or exceed segment transfer interview criteria
For ANZ MM to ANZ CORP:
At MM 3 or MM 4 level for 6 months or longer (If a rep is in MM3 for 3 months and MM4 for 3 months, they qualify under this rule)
T6M attainment over 100%
Not on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
For ANZ CAM to ANZ CORP: 
At CAM 4 or CAM 5 for 6 months or longer
T6M attainment over 110%
Not on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
Experience leading a consultative sales process
Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
