What you’ll do:

Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
Manage Hotel team members on a daily basis including preparation of rosters, training and development, customer service standards and performance management
Delivering business results by achieving set targets KPI’s and objectives set by Senior Management
Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
May provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
Liaising with all Hotel departments ensuring a seamless operation
Ensuring interactions with our guests are positive, productive and memorable
Your experience and skills include:

Diploma degree in hospitality management or elated field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Must have a strong hotel management background
Experience using OPERA PMS is essential.
Strong communication, personal and interpersonal skills.
The ability to ‘surprise’ our guests with your natural bright and bubbly customer service style to achieve guest satisfaction
Proven success in transforming ‘problems’ into solutions
