• ASSIST WITH PLANNING OF MENUS, ESTIMATE FOOD AND LABOUR COSTS HAVE EXCEPTIONAL PLANNING AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
• MAY ASSIST IN SELECTING AND TRAINING OTHER STAFF
