A Mid-Senior Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain new features, modules, and integrations for our Navigate CMS
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code that adheres to the best practises and coding standards i-Motor follows.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the software’s reliability and performance.
- Perform code reviews frequently to ensure that the code meets the expectations and standards and approve them.
- Regularly perform application deployments and handle any associated issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Ruby on Rails development and share the knowledge with the team.
