This is an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a varied role in Community Aged Care on a Full-Time permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the clinical service delivery to clients in their own homes as well as group-based health and wellness programs across a number of locations.
Day to day this role looks like:
- Provide initial assessments and Clinical service delivery to our existing client base - both individual and in a group setting
- Work collaboratively with the wider allied health team, i.e. occupational therapists, fitness instructors and allied health assistants
- Face to face clinical work and minimum travel time between clients with time allocated for administration and reporting
- Weekly mentoring and ongoing support with Allied Health Team Lead
- Adherence to best practice policy and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage all aspects of compliance
- Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary team working.
- Effective time management skills to ensure patient intervention, reports and outcomes are achieved in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with skills in computer applications 
- Demonstrated commitment to own professional development & learning
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of health, aged and/or disability services
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid19 immunisations (x3)
- Current Driver’s licence and registered and insured motor vehicle
