What Will You Do?

The M365 Platform Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring the stability, usability and adoption of the M365 platform within the organisation. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive road map for the deployment, adoption, and use of Microsoft M365 services across the organization, you will ensure the efficient and effective management of Microsoft M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and related services.

This will be achieved by:

  • Leading a team of technical resources both internal and outsourced (onshore and offshore), to deliver high-quality Microsoft M365 solutions and services
  • Collaborating with Information Security, Legal and Compliance to ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft M365 services, including data protection, access controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with other technical teams and business stakeholders to identify and address business needs and requirements
  • Ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft M365 services with other applications and systems used by the organization
  • Managing the migration of on-premises systems and applications to Microsoft M365 services, including hybrid deployments and data migration
  • Providing technical guidance and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption and use of Microsoft M365 services

More About You

We don’t expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning.  It’s your M365 knowledge and experience that we value most. We are looking for team player with: -

  • Strong experience in leading enterprise SaaS platform administration, enhancements or equivalent experience deploying and supporting M365
  • Recent and applicable MCP/MSCE Administration training/certification
  • Significant experience within an enterprise IT environment
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes, \Third-party vendor management and governance
