Reporting into the Customer Support Manager 3PL – the primary purpose of this position is to support our 3PL partners and their customers. The role has a mix of responsibilities that require strong relationship building skills for both internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise between the state based Winning Services teams and 3PL partners to resolve issues and support the daily operation of our teams. You will need to be passionate about customer service and ensuring our partners are receiving the best possible service.
- Relationship management of existing national accounts
- Relationship management of new clients won
- Working closely with assigned partners and their customers
- Staying current on company products and services
- Handling complaints and concerns
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Operating WMS (warehouse management system)
- Operating 3PL partner B2B portal system
- Data entry for reporting and billing purposes
- Running daily delivery reports
- Running daily return reports
