What you need to be considered for the role
Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or something similar – essential
Experience in delivering education & training programs using adult learning principles
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease
Able to work independently and part of a multi disciplinary team
COVID vaccinated
NDIS check or willing to obtain
