We are seeking a Team Leader within Health Sciences to job share two days per week with physiotherapy-related qualifications and experience leading, coaching and supporting staff through change. This role will work in partnership with technical managers, as well as other professional and academic colleagues and lead and coordinate a small multi-disciplinary, cross campus team that delivers a comprehensive range of professional laboratory and technical support, within specialised learning and teaching laboratories that apply both expertise and judgment to support teaching efforts primarily for the School of Health Sciences and Social Work.

This is a fixed term (12month), part-time (0.4FTE) position and is primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan Campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW7 range $93,854 - $101,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total full time equivalent package will be in the range $109,809 - $118,965 per annum.
