Toll is thrilled to announce that we have several new opportunities for Bi-lingual Australian Citizens, who speak English and either Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Dinka, Burmese or Kiswahili to complement our dynamic case management team as we step into a new era of growth and success. 

As Case Managers in our Global Operations Centre, you will manage and deliver a range of services on behalf of our government client, supporting key activities for your colleagues overseas and working on a critical program that supports Australia’s international obligations.

As a Case Manager, you will:

  • Act as a key reference and referral point for your case management colleagues overseas, supporting them with policy or process questions, managing referrals to conclusion or escalation as required.
  • Monitor workflow for your assigned region or peers to ensure key milestones and KPIs are being met.
  • Take care of all travel bookings for the customers in line with client policy requirements.
  • Manage end to end case management of assigned cases for highly sensitive or urgent cases or during periods of a surge in activity or in response to an emergency.
  • Provide support for supply chain administration.
