The Team

Humanforce is growing and we are on the hunt for a Head of Product - Mobile, to join us! This highly impactful opportunity will lead the continued growth and development of our mobile strategy to ensure all the products we build live up to our human-centric purpose. Our product suite includes everything an employee needs to make work easier, like rostering, schedules, onboarding, awards and analytics. We also have some awesome tools designed to create highly engaged, productive and resilient employees, like flexible pay, discounts, savings and budgeting tools to help individuals with their financial fitness!

You will have a team of four awesome Product Managers reporting to you, whilst working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to define and deliver an innovative approach to our mobile experiences for our customers.


Who you are?

We're looking for a human-centric, Product leader to take our mobile experiences from great to awesome! You'll have had exposure to leading a product vision, strategy and roadmap for a software mobile product, ideally within the HR/ workforce management industry. You'll bring a collaborative and people-focused approach to leadership, strong commercial thinking and a deep expertise and understanding of mobile products!


What you will do?

  • Ability to set strategic direction across our suite of mobile products. Creating our OKRs, long-term product strategy, key customer metrics and measurements of success.
  • Working with external vendors that have full industry coverage and ideally have links to the financial well-being space.
  • Ability to operate strategically and effectively communicate at an executive level.
  • Bring strong commercial acumen to all product decisions.
  • Lead a team of four awesome PMs and help drive their success through effective leadership principles and goal setting.
  • Creating a clear product vision and always thinking of the customer first.
  • 8 + years working in product, a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position.
  • Deep expertise in mobile products. Ideally, exposure to working on products in the workforce management space, fintech, employee wellbeing space, or financial wellbeing space.
  • Experience developing a deep understanding of customer needs, using relevant market data, research and insights to influence decision-making and direction of thought.
  • Experience in building and leading a high-performing product team, including Product Managers and Product Owners providing mentorship and guidance to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Deep understanding of product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality.
  • Creating visibility across the business and determining effective communication strategies across different levels and different stakeholder groups.
