Initial Hygiene provides a dedicated and expert hygiene service. It offers the widest range of hygiene services including the provision and maintenance of products, cleaning services, and medical and clinical waste collection.
We are looking for enthusiastic, natural-born problem solvers with a great attitude to join our team of technicians on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Hallam Depot, servicing around Pakenham, Mornington, Rosebud and Gippsland.

At Rentokil Initial, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:
- Current and valid Light Rigid Australian driver's licence - as the vehicle is a 5.5-tonne truck
- The ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
- Cleaning and waste management or related industry experience
- Working with Children Check
- The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
- The ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
- Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references, and police checks.
