We have an opportunity for a Demi or CDP level Chef to join our team. We have full time hours available working the lunch/dinner shift at our main Restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill. Initially this will be a full time afternoon/evening shift position working the Hot Larder section so would suit someone who enjoys the evening shift, working 4 days on with 3 days off. Life/Work/Balance.
Rosters are advised two weeks out so you can really find the balance with work and home life. Your professionalism, passion, commitment and respect will be rewarded by our Executive Chef taking a keen interest in your career and future progression.
We offer a high quality, award winning dining experience with a strong emphasis on local fresh produce, our kitchen caters for multiple food and beverage outlets across the resort.
You may have extensive Restaurant and or Cafe experience working the afternoon shift but are looking to expand your skills outside of this environment. This is a traditional lunch/dinner shift position working in Azure, where you will start at 11.30am and finish at 9.30pm. We are looking for someone who is available to work the afternoon shift 4 days a week.

- Previous experience working the Afternoon/Dinner shift in a Restaurant or Cafe environment
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to a min of 6 months or longer
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
- Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency
