The Account Management organisation is looking for a customer-facing leader to manage a team of Strategic Account Managers within the AU Account Management team. This manager will lead a team focused on the retention and growth of Square’s mid-market sellers, and will serve as a senior contact for the sellers managed within their team’s portfolio.  

You will support and continue to build a data-driven and motivated team whose efforts will continue Square's journey up-market across all verticals. You will directly manage a team of Strategic Account Managers while directing the overall revenue and logo retention of your team’s portfolio. You will provide 1:1 coaching and performance management for Square’s senior Account Managers. You will help develop processes and insights to grow the team today and influence program design for the future. You will identify and help build ongoing training programs, as well as influence the tooling Account Managers need for success. You will also manage impactful cross-functional projects for the greater company.

In addition to lengthy experience as a high-performing individual contributor solutioning within the mid-market or enterprise segment, you will have recent experience coaching and developing talent. You will also have experience leading projects, driving revenue growth, and advocating internally for customers. Stand-out candidates find their energy from coaching talent and generally feel comfortable operating in the unknown.

About the role:

As the Operations Information Management Specialist, you will support our Operations team in managing the ongoing operations and support of our Data Centres. You will enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and data management practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimising processes.

Reporting to the Operations Centre of Excellence Manager, you will collaborate across various CDC disciplines to maintain high standards of documentation integrity and facilitate smooth operational workflows. Additionally, you will manage our Operations Information environment and standardise formats and structures across all DC operations sites.

Key Accountabilities:

Operations Systems Support: Manage daily system operations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide user support, and deploy system updates while analysing processes for improvement.

Document Management System Implementation: Develop and maintain a document tracking system, organise and secure documents, enforce control policies, maintain standards, and ensure compliance.

Document Reviews and Approvals: Set and coordinate standards for document creation, review, and approval, addressing feedback and ensuring quality compliance.

Communication, Training, and Support: Create and update user guides and training materials, deliver training sessions, provide technical support, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Monitoring and Reporting: Track document status, generate activity reports, and align document management practices with organisational goals.

About you: 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in information management, a keen eye for detail, and experience in complex environments. As CDC experiences a period of growth and development, this position will be crucial in enhancing existing operational workflows and implementing new systems and processes.

Experience:

• Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft tools and information management software.
• Experience in data management, document control, or information systems administration.
• Proficiency in database applications and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

Desirable skills:

• Strong technical skills, with a clear understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and other SaaS systems, including proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. 
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320). 
• Developed skills in document control, data management, and information governance specific to data centre operations.

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.

The Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for creating clear, concise and accurate content for knowledge articles in ServiceNow for various audiences, including users, developers, and other internal stakeholders. This includes review of existing collateral on the Intranet, policies, user guides, training materials, standard operating procedures, and other documentation for migration to Knowledge articles. The Knowledge Management Specialist must be able to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience.

They have a high attention to detail, can think strategically and creatively to solve briefs, can work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the Rest business, and have a natural flair for creativity.

• Research, write and edit knowledge articles, including the review of user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, , and other documentation for suitable contents.
• Migrating existing Knowledge Base Articles from legacy system (Kentico 9) to ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of technical content across all documents
