What you’ll be doing:
? Running the full end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
? Building and managing your own sales pipeline
? Using a “Fanatical Prospecting” mindset to augment lists of logical outbound targets
? Selling internship services from HR’s perspective, understanding the skill set the clients urgently need
? Researching internship/ industry trends.
? Using HubSpot to conduct sequences of activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
? Running sales sessions with qualified prospects, identifying their key pain points and requirements.
? Matching the right solution to their needs
? Ensure all qualified prospects receive regular follow-up communication
? Managing and facilitating the contract signing process, updating terms and conditions
? Supplying quantitative and qualitative feedback and reporting to the Sales Manager
You’ll stand out if you have:
? At least 2 years’ experience as a sales professional, especially in relation to selling technical products or services
? Has educational background and profound knowledge related to HR management and business administration
? Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting using sequences
? Demonstrated proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM
? Prior experience prospecting Recruiters, CEOs, Founders
? Prior experience selling to HR leaders, CEOs, Founders
? Prior experience selling to SaaS companies and/or Professional Services companies
