About the Position
As an Electronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the power electronics solutions and driving innovation in ESC technology for UAS applications. Working with a team of skilled engineers, you will design, test, and implement sophisticated electronic and software solutions tailored to client requirements.
You will contribute to all stages of product development, from conceptual design to final testing, ensuring our products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop electronic components, circuits, and systems for advanced UAS applications.
• Create and optimize embedded software to enhance the performance of ESCs and related systems.
• Develop and implement signal processing algorithms and integrate them into hardware and software systems.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of electronic systems, ensuring adherence to control and safety standards.
• Establish and monitor performance and safety procedures for product operation, modification, and maintenance.
• Develop testing procedures and apparatus to validate the functionality and reliability of electronic components and systems.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues during design, testing, or field deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with client specifications and project timelines.
• Document all stages of development, including schematics, software, and performance evaluations, for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing power electronics systems or related technologies.
• Proficiency in designing embedded software and signal processing algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements, especially in high-performance or mission-critical systems.
• Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electronics systems.
Skills and Competencies
• Expertise in developing and implementing embedded software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
