As a B2B Customer Support Specialist within the carsales Dealer Services team, you will be the eyes and ears to our customers by providing both general and technical support to our Dealers, Performance Managers, and BDMs.
 
You’ll provide exceptional customer service across phone, email and LiveChat, with the objective to find a way and say “yes” as often as possible. Although we are “carsales”, we have a variety of verticals across our business, and you’ll quickly become familiar with our automotive, marine, motorcycle and industry product offerings.

Please note this is a 0.8 FTE role working Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of all customer enquiries that you receive and handling them in a professional and courteous manner.
• Regularly update customers on how their requests are progressing.
• Recording notes for all support queries, changes and task completions.
• Keeping up-to-date with our product and service offerings so that you can always provide customers with accurate information.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, this role will lead a team of Support professionals to meet the needs of our customers on software related enquiries. As an Application Support Team Leader, you will drive engagement, excellence, and a focus on building relationships with our customers and colleagues; whilst meeting and exceeding service levels agreements for the resolution of support tickets. 

Some of the other responsibilities include:

• Manage a regional team of Application Support Advisors in the delivery of software customer service
• Collaborate with engineering peers to provide customer resolutions within agreed SLAs, advocating customer needs to effectively prioritise support ticket resolution 
• Partner with leadership and commercial teams to identify and plan essential work in the context of Application Support 
• Responsible for the maintenance and performance of customer satisfaction levels, ensuring quality service is provided consistently  
• Ensure that the team adheres to regional policies within Application Support for Xplor products 
• Contribute to frameworks and internal resources to support the resolution of technical issues within your team 
• Find new ways to reduce the average ticket turnaround time and improve SLAs 
• Champion the standards for voice of the customer in both delivery and execution 
• Manage staff performance against relevant KPI’s standards  
• Support your team, where required, in customer meetings and calls, to review support issues and implement appropriate actions  

For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.

About you

You are a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Developer, with extensive recent experience with D365 CE but equally familiar with the heritage of the previous on-premise versions. • Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS and Azure technologies. Kingsway Soft, Scribe highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of data migration methods.
• Advanced understanding of integration concepts.
• Experience in the range of typical delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to be an active contributor in customer workshops. Experience and comfort in establishing working rapport with business and technical customers.
• Experience gathering technical requirements, solutioning and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of integrated business platforms
• Ability to manage your time effectively in a self-driven agile environment.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Cloud Technical Consultant to come join our Managed Services team in a post-sales consulting role. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and cloud adoption across a portfolio of high value clients.

You will articulate and show case the value of managed services to your clients, as well as build and maintain exceptionally strong and loyal working relationships with them.

You will ensure cloud best practices are adopted, help them to optimise cloud costs using insights from our proprietary systems, improve their infrastructure resilience and security posture, and ultimately ensure every aspect of our managed services delivery is clearly understood, valued, and aligned with their business goals.

Collaborating closely with different customer stakeholders, internal technology leads, service delivery managers, project managers, and many other parts of our business, you will consolidate a broad set of operational, service delivery, and project related updates, and professionally present this to each of your customers as part of the regular monthly governance cadence.

This position requires you to display a deep understanding of cloud technologies along with highly developed communication and consultancy capabilities to engage and built trust with senior IT executives.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their cloud roadmaps, and ensuring our managed service team is providing a solution that meets their needs.

Metrics and Reporting:

Track, analyse, and report on key governance items. Own the monthly technical governance process and present to the client all the relevant service updates and insights.

Cost Optimisation:

Analyse the client's Azure usage and expenditure to identify opportunities for optimisation.

Recommend strategies such as rightsizing resources, leveraging reserved instances, and implementing cost management best practices.

Maintain Security Posture:

Conduct a comprehensive security assessment of the client's cloud environment using tools like Azure Security Centre and Azure Advisor. Identify security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps.

Implement remediation measures to enhance the client's secure score and strengthen their overall security posture. Provide guidance on implementing security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, and threat detection.

• Proven experience as a senior engineer or technical consultant within a managed services environment
• 10+ years senior IT cloud experience;
  - IaaS (Compute, Network, Storage) & PaaS
  - Cloud Migrations & Transformations
  - Cloud Landing Zones and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
  - Deploying cloud workloads through automation (PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Terraform)
