About the Role (your why)

As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible leading a team of end user services engineers within the IT Outsourcing group to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged and customer outcomes are delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The Desktop Support Team Lead is expected to manage the day-to-day customer related operations of the Onsite End User Services Support group.

What you’ll do

Required experience:

Role and Responsibilities

The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. Maintenance Technical Manager

We are opening a new training centre in Sydney in 2024, as a part of this we are looking for an experienced manager to take on the position of Maintenance Technical Manager. This is a broad role with responsibility for the overall operations of the training centre – focusing on budgets, KPIs, Customer Satisfaction, Team engagement, H&S, and overall support for the operations.
