The role -
This role is a fundamental part of the sales team, in which the successful candidate will play an active part in attaining the sales targets and business KPI's. This role is instrumental in assuring focused productive communication with all clients, internal and external stakeholders such as manufacturing units and local account managers. Th e role involves resolving all complex requirements from clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction . This will help you build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders .
Key duties of the role -

Coordinate internal sales of all products and administrative functions, effectively supporting the daily operations and keep the sales order database updated and current.
Owner & key user of CRM system. Required to liaise with corporate business intelligence & implement system strategies locally through train the trainer
Maintain liaison with key company managers & engineers keeping them up to date with developments, new clients, complaints etc. and provide regular feedback to the business ensuring that the selling strategies are current and meet the market and economic conditions.
Respond to customers' requests for proposals efficiently in a timely manner following the sales policies and procedures. Preparing quotes from customer's samples, drawings, description and designs.

Key requirements for the role -

General sales experience of at least 3 years is a minimum requirement or qualifications in sales & marketing.
Relevant training in customer service & phone sales of technical products.
High level MS office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
SAP or equal experience in other ERP & CRM systems is highly regarded
Shows initiative with a "can do attitude" and quick to pick up new products and procedures.

Strong MS office and ERP skills are highly regarded along with attention to detail, yet you must demonstrate enough flexibility to work in a high demand environment. The ability to work autonomously is required , however the understandin g of a team dynamic is e qually crucial when working within a small t eam .

As the Technical Specialist (Structures), your core responsibility will be to manage Jetstar’s A320/1 Fleet Structures during C Checks, Operational AOG’s and Hangar visits, for scheduled work packs, ad-hoc work packs and defect rectification.

The primary function of the Technical Specialist role is to support the Duty Technical Manager in providing technical support to the AMO’s, monitoring and managing aircraft fleet health, providing a single point of contact to Maintenance Planning and Technical Service for ongoing campaigns & modifications and assisting in the recovery of disruptions during day of operations.

The Technical Specialist also works closely with our reliability team to identify and address recurring defects and to isolate rogue components which may be affecting fleet OTP in addition to working with Maintenance Planning and the MSC functions to ensure rectification activity is planned effectively across the line maintenance network.

Reporting to the Base & Intermediate Maintenance Manager, broader responsibilities for this role will include:

Act as AMO primary focal point for internal and external stakeholders on all items relating to Structures related activity
Use best endeavours to ensure that the Aircraft Structural repairs are delivered to match requirements set by Jetstar management
Take on ownership of complex technical requirements to ensure efficient return to service of aircraft
Assist structures technicians with damage mapping
Provide reporting and repair recommendations in conjunction with structures technicians

Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of End User Services to Datacom’s customers. THE ROLE

Exciting career opportunity for a technically strong Level 1 / Level 1.5 Service Desk Engineer looking to take the next step in their career as a IT Technical Support Lead to train and develop our growing team. 3. Technical Leadership

• Minimum 5 years’ professional work experience

• Minimum 5 years’ IT industry experience
• Minimum 2 years’ MSP / Cloud provider experience

o    Desktop apps and Microsoft suite

o    PC hardware; network printers and other devices

About the role

As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users and resolving incoming queries and issues. You will be critical in managing any service requests related to computer systems, software or hardware.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:
