Your responsibilities will include; 

• Assisting with implementation and embedding CHL Wellbeing Framework 
• Contributing to the development of a Wellbeing systems, processes and programs 
• Coaching and development of Lifestyle Coordinator/s and teams within your region 
• Monitor compliance with relevant Standards for Lifestyle/Wellbeing, Model of Care 
• Identify and appropriately manage risk to improve the lifestyle experience 
• Develop solutions to identified gaps within the home and the older person's behaviour concerns via engagement / therapeutic lens

• Degree - Social Science (Div. Therapist) and/or Cert IV in Leisure and Health 
• 5+ years' exp. Lifestyle/Wellness Coordinator position within Residential Aged Care 
• Dementia Training Australia (DTA)- Dementia Essentials Certificate  
• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of meaningful and engaging memory support and general innovative lifestyle programs 
• People leadership experience - supporting and developing multiple teams 
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the ACQSC Quality Standards

About the Role

Reporting to the Performance Manager, a full time position is now available for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join the team based in our Melbourne, Docklands head office.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the achievement of Customer Operations key objectives through best practice complaint management to deliver sustainable resolutions to complex and escalated complaints received within the Dispute Resolution Team with a key focus on telco.

This role will require you to work directly with customers and stakeholders to resolve complex and varied complaints and issues (including working directly with external parties such as Ombudsman bodies for Energy &/or Telecommunications and distributors).

Within this role you will also be required to proactively analyse complaint trends and root cause drivers to bring the voice of customer to life with the aim of identifying and delivering initiatives to improve business efficiency, enhance customer experience, reduce customer pain points and complaint cost to serve.

Key accountabilities of this role:

• Timely and accurate resolution of Ombudsman complaints requiring investigation or internal escalated complaints. This is achieved through case management ownership, accountability for timely and high-quality investigation, negotiation and putting forward sustainable solutions. 

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with your Scheme counterparts by being the point of contact for your cases, ensuring the provision of full, detailed and quality investigation responses in agreed format, calling through to conciliators prior to case submissions to talk through the outcome of the investigation, the proposed resolution, and any further information requirements within SLAs.

• Ensuring that investigations are compliant with the Ombudsman’s expectations and regulations and guidelines set out by either the Essential Services Commission, the Australian Energy Regulator for Energy or the Australian Communications and Media Authority for Telecommunications. All upgrades should be assessed for areas of improvement and compliance and challenged or fed back to the relevant business where appropriate.

• Monitoring of ageing and upgrades to ensure work is being completed within defined SLAs, along with proactive intervention and escalation of cases that threaten to fall outside SLA to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

• Proactively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives; provide regular performance updates to and solicit regular feedback on performance.

• Where required, provide subject matter expertise and input into AGL process forums, projects, user acceptance testing processes pertaining to your process area/s of expertise, or formally represent the Dispute Resolution team in process and system review forums as nominated with delegated decision-making authority in these forums on behalf of the Dispute Resolution Team.

• Prompt escalation of distributor / wholesaler related issues and potential systemic issues to relevant functional areas. Ensuring risks and issues are flagged in the risk and issues registers.

• Management of operational change resulting from system, regulatory and process updates and notifications

Qualifications, key skills and experience required:

• Previous industry experience in Telco and complaints will be highly sought after

• High level of customer service and complaint management experience

• Ability to influence and negotiate outcomes Comprehensive written communication skills

About the Role

Reporting to the Vendor and Strategic Initiatives Manager, a newly  created position has become available on a full time basis for a Vendor Specialist to join the team in our Docklands head office.

The primary purpose of this role is to undertake analysis to seek, develop, and help implement Vendor onboarding and offboarding for the Contact Centres. They will also work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service provider support and related initiatives.

You will work closely with various teams and the wider Customer Service team to put a strong contractual governance for Vendors and holding them accountable including ensuring that they are delivering their KPIs/SLAs. You will work closely with Procurement and Legal for RFP process and assist your manager with legal and commercial negotiations and ensure the close coordination and ensuring the achievement of expected outcomes.

Key accountabilities of this role:

• Engage with existing Vendors, internal and external stakeholders in establishing Contractual Governance including holding vendors accountable for their contractual obligations and promises made during the RFP Stage

• Ensuring all change requests are up to date and formally documented with vendors

• Assessing the performance of vendors in line with agreed KPIs/SLAs

• Supporting leadership in running and analysis of RFPs, comparing BAFOs and creating business case to finalise the RFP recommendations

• Assisting with Negotiating contracts with suppliers

• Ensuring vendor compliance with AGL's policies and standards

• Managing vendor billing and disbursements

• Onboarding and Offboarding of Vendors including coordination with procurement, legal and business teams

• Analyse and undertaking in-depth investigations to help define business problems by gathering technical and non-technical information.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify market best practices, evaluate potential impacts and shape these opportunities to execution with the aim to contribute to the long-term value of the business including finding opportunities to incorporate those in vendor contracts.

• Perform an end-to-end impact analysis of pre-change implementation and perform post implementation reviews of vendor onboarding and offboarding.

• Contributing to the development of a framework to enable the effective implementation of change within the Contact Centres and across business as required both onshore and offshore

• Use a range of systems and databases to gather information and provide valuable insights.

The role will include supporting strategic sustainable sourcing, procurement planning and risk mitigation, commercial and contractual management of suppliers, cost control / containment initiatives, and contractual governance, documentation and reporting in relation to agreements with relevant suppliers, 3PL & 4PL providers, distributors and franchisees.

Other responsibilities

• Identify, mitigate and escalate procurement risks

• Market engagement with potential and current suppliers, including documentation preparation and evaluation

• Negotiate contracts in collaboration with key technical and legal resources within the broader Bega team

• Gain exposure to cutting-edge procurement practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Help drive commercial value by ensuring supply continuity and a focus on continuous improvement.

About you

• Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in areas of pre-contract negotiations

• Solid experience with procurement planning, execution and contract management

• Ideally a background in FMCG, Logistics or similar but not essential

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.

As a Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates while also contributing to the development and implementation of talent management strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's workforce by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing talent across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with Hiring Managers:

• • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand team dynamics.
  • Establish a strong working relationship to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on effective recruitment practices, market insights, and candidate availability.
  • Manage the internal Talent Review process engaging senior managers and ensuring all identified talents have relevant development plans in place.

Sourcing and Attraction:

• • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Liaise with Schreder Group Talent team when a Global role becomes available.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Manage & negotiate blue collar recruitment agency contracts (current & making introductions to new agencies)

Screening and Selection:

• • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate feedback. 

Interviewing and Assessment:

• • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, behavioral competencies, and motivation.
  • Administer relevant assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Provide detailed assessments and recommendations to hiring managers for final selection.

Candidate Experience:

• • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about their status and next steps, providing timely feedback.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns, representing the company's values and culture. 

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

• • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Assist in negotiating compensation packages and other employment terms.
  • Facilitate the transition from candidate to new employee, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. 

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate demographics.
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities

Market Research and Talent Mapping:

• • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide up-to-date salary competitive data for annual salary review
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify potential candidates and gather insights about the talent landscape.

Employer Branding:

• • Partner with the Marketing team and participate in employer branding activities to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive employer brand image across various channels.

Learning and Development:

• Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver relevant training programs.
• Support the creation of career development plans for employees, helping them achieve their professional growth goals.
• Partner with HRBP to ensure all white collar employees have relevant development objectives defined in annual KPI setting process
