Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Configuration: Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, security groups, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive. 
• Jira Administration: Configure and manage Jira workflows, permissions, and user roles to ensure optimal usage across teams. Integrate Jira with other tools as needed. 

• Jira Service Management: Manage and optimize Jira Service Management for IT service requests, incident management, and change requests to ensure smooth internal processes. 

• Access Control Management: Implement and manage access permissions for internal systems, ensuring users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles and responsibilities. 

• Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration: Set up and maintain SSO solutions across systems, including Microsoft Azure AD, ensuring smooth authentication processes for users. 

• Security Policy Enforcement: Design and enforce security policies, including password policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and encryption standards, in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. 

• User Provisioning and De-Provisioning: Ensure efficient and secure processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, including creating user accounts, assigning roles, and revoking access when necessary. 

• System and Network Security: Monitor system logs and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies. Respond to and mitigate security incidents. 

• Automation and Scripting: Automate repetitive tasks related to user management, access control, and system configurations using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages. 

• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure that systems meet compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations, and participate in internal and external audits. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 

• 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT systems configuration. 

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. 

• Experience in Jira administration (user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations). 

• Experience in Jira Service Management for handling IT service requests and change management. 

• Strong knowledge of SSO technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure AD and other identity management platforms. 

• Familiarity with access control policies and user lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning). 

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, encryption, and vulnerability management. 

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash for automating tasks. 

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Team based in Emu Plains. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

You’ll be based at our Emu Plains site as well as the opportunity to manage projects across other branches within the region. You will be working to complete scheduled maintenance, you will also be required for call outs, after hours/weekend and shutdown hours. Shift will be day shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) Overtime is available and this position will be eligible for our bonus scheme as well as 14% Super.

What Will You Do?

In a role that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality and reliability of our equipment and products, you will be the first and main point of contact when it comes to equipment and maintenance.

You will be:

• ensuring stoppages, performance issues or breakdowns are rectified in a safe and timely manner.
• Assembling, install, test, commission, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and machinery using hand and power tools.
• Diagnosing faulty systems and components using test equipment to identify the cause of issues and implement repairs.
• Inspecting electrical systems and components to detect hazards, defects, and necessary adjustments or repairs, ensuring adherence to safety codes.

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties?

• Conduct customer-focused scheduled and ‘breakdown’ services.
• Record notes and file service records appropriately – be a part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers’ solve their material handling needs.
• Access to industry-leading training and development and grade progression opportunities, including potential opportunities to train less experienced service technicians in more complex aspects of service and repair work in the field.
• Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics. 
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services.
• Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
