Position: Business Analyst Lead – Enterprise-level eCommerce

We are currently looking for a bright, and tenacious Business Analyst Lead (BA Lead), who is familiar with SAFe Agile methodology, and experienced with eCommerce.

• Strong working knowledge of at least one of Magento, Commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a Must-Have requirement.
• Previous experience managing remote/offshore teams is an advantage.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong working knowledge of at least one of Magento, Commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a Must-Have.
• Have 2+plus years of BA Lead experience in a digital agency setting - eCommerce is a must.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences
• Experience writing detailed business documents clearly describing the problem, the scope of work and the best solutions for the client
• Experience presenting ideas and proposals to stakeholders
• Understanding of eCommerce internationalization and Australia complexities: content in multiple languages, country-specific product availability, and tax & payment processing
• Experience in the use of JIRA and other Atlassian services.

• Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Your team
You will be part of global Technology Operating Center (TOC) team aligned to IB Equities Financing business , which provides L2 application support covering exchange traded derivatives clearing and settlement; prime brokerage; and stock lending functions. You will be directly responsible for a global team of 15-16 analysts across different ranks. This team is global in nature and is responsible for the full spectrum of support from front-line user support, through to complex system support, to release and environment management.


Your experience and skills
You have:
• Experience as application support lead (8+ years)
• Total IT experience of 15+ years
• Financial product knowledge on vendor products like Murex and Calypso
• Experience in the Finance or Banking Industry. Must have led teams supporting mission critical capital market apps
• Technically proficient in UNIX/LINUX, Shell Scripting, Perl, RDBMS, Autosys, physical and virtual infrastructure
• Experience in cloud and big data analytics.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
• Solid technical and presentation skills
• Experience in working with Global teams, managing business and development stakeholders
• Excellent & proven Incident management and organization skills

About The Role
As a Support Operations Manager, you will lead, manage, and be the escalation point for the Technical Operations Engineers and Menu & Support Leads, in order to provide world-class customer support to our global clients across all our products: Serve, Connect, Reward and me&u. In addition to your day-to-day leadership responsibilities, you will dive through the data to identify key opportunities and work cross-functionally with other departments to retain revenue and increase customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do
- Onboard, train, manage, motivate and develop the Technical Operations Engineers, Menu & Support and Customer Experience Leads, providing coaching, engagement and evaluation to assist them in their day-to-day responsibilities and career development.
- Oversee the Customer Experience and Customer Support team to ensure requests are assigned appropriately and actioned in a timely manner within relevant SLAs.
- Build, develop and maintain internal systems and processes that ensure effective communication and escalation of issues between support and engineering teams, including product feedback and ideas to improve the product.
- Review, report and advise relative importance/impact/priority of product issues to ensure swift resolution and reduce customer impact.
- Establish and maintain processes for effective communication and collaboration between Support and other departments.
- Enable and build a strong culture of data-informed decisions, allowing teams to feel supported, have clarity and thrive with measured results.
- Be obsessed with data and analytics, building dashboards to measure KPIs and identify opportunities in line with priorities such as Net Revenue Retention, reducing the number of support cases, response times and increasing CSAT.
- Ensure the Support and Customer Experience teams are set up for success with the required tools and documentation in place to deliver an excellent customer experience to our customers.
- Provide non-technical and technical support to our customers and serve as the escalation point for the Technical Operations team and Menu & Support team.
- Be the Customer Success team's source of truth regarding technical issues and troubleshooting, escalating issues to the developers when issues are confirmed.
- Lead and coordinate the Technical Operations and Customer Support team during and after high-severity incidents.
- Work closely with the Customer Operations Director to identify improvements to processes, tools and products to reduce the number of inbound support requests.
- Work with the Programs and enablement Manager to ensure correct internal and public documentation for all support and product-related knowledge bases.
- Create and manage our incident response plan and ensure all SLA’s are met.
- Directly handle communications and be the escalation point for large enterprise accounts and groups.

- Basic knowledge of writing HTML, CSS and Javascript code - relevant to Connect templates
- Ideally, previous experience with building automation and apps using Superblocks to increase efficiency and lessen reliance on the Engineering team

This hands-on role will provide exposure to a wide variety of retail and commercial product lines and pricing techniques, reporting directly to the Chief Actuary. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across Actuarial, Underwriting and Claims teams to create, improve and maintain pricing tools across various product lines.

This position contributes to the Pricing & Analytics team's purpose of supporting the business to improve product profitability and the financial control of the insurance products. The team covers the pricing analytics work for Consumer line Insurance business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Proactive and regular monitoring of profitability, business mix, claims trends and rates based on data from the rating tools and/or external sources; · Recalibration of existing pricing models, by analysing external or internal claims and exposure data to enhance proprietary pricing factors and models; · Collaborate with other departments and other regions on the development and maintenance of actuarial pricing tools as the company continues to grow and evolve; · Price individual large accounts and effectively communicate performance insights to underwriters; · Provide technical support to underwriters on rating tools; and · Present complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-actuarial stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in actuarial studies, mathematics, statistics or a related field; · Progression towards or completion of FIAA or equivalent qualification; · 3 - 10 years of experience in an actuarial pricing role; · Proficiency in VBA, SQL and/or R; · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence; · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; · Strong desire to learn from and share knowledge with teammates; and · Effective time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
