You will be responsible responsible for developing and executing a long-term business strategy for the Fashion and Living (F&L) and Food Beauty and Care (FBC) category, ANZ that leverages the richness of NBCUniversal’s entertainment content to build a sustainable business that achieves annual revenue targets. This role will develop and execute annual growth strategies that leverage the strength of the NBCUniversal’s franchise portfolio, category and consumer priorities. The role will be responsible for identifying the best licensees to partner with, negotiating agreements, driving innovative and quality product ranges, providing ANZ specific input into global deals, accurate quarterly forecasting and promoting retail sell-in of ranges.

• Develop category strategies for F&L & FBC in conjunction with the Category Director by identifying opportunities and fill gaps by product sub-category, age segment, market channel and franchise.
• Lead contract negotiations for key licensees, analyze and vet business plans and brand manage to ensure contract deliverables are met
• Drive joint business planning with key licensees and retailers to deliver plans.
• Undertake category analysis and performance via data insights (POS and Circana) and analytics, industry trends, competitors, business opportunities. Liaise with external stakeholders to deliver accurate records and reports on launch collections and retail placement.
• Curate data led targeted presentations to pitch, support or launch licensing programs
• Partner with the PD team to drive quality and champion innovation in local product development. Ensure timely product approva ls in line with industry needs
• Fiscal responsibility to include annual budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasting 
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt deal memo entry via CRM system and tracking critical path with Team Manager to Fully Executed contract status, complying to Company timelines and procedures.
• Analyse business performance across category by licensee and retailer and develop growth objectives and strategies
• Integrate licensee base into cross category brand and marketing plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with key buyers and decision makers across ANZ retailers
• Develop product lines and segmentation strategy for key licensees driving innovation and quality
• Regular attendance of trade shows and social industry functions where applicable – e.g. Brand Licensing Europe
• Collaborate with category teams and UP&E stakeholders - Legal, Finance, GBS to ensure partner optimisation and compliance

The Senior Business Process & Change Manager will work closely with the IS&T functional leaders, Project Delivery Teams and impacted stakeholders across Investments to define target business process operating models and embed operating model and business process changes in the business. This will involve building a business process change strategy, articulating the change to senior leadership and delivering on the change strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

The Senior Business Process & Change Manager’s responsibilities include: 

• Apply a structured approach to organisational change management, ensuring articulation of scope, benefits and business outcomes of change required. 
• Design & drive the adoption of target operating model change through collaboration with stakeholders and development of a sustainable future state operating model.   
• Take an active and senior role in maturing the change practice within Investments to ensure focus on people and successful transition to business as usual. 
• Work with Business Process Analysts to ensure requirements are clear and process maps are reflective of end-to-end business processes. 
• Work with IS&T functional leads and project managers to ensure change activities are integrated in the schedule and provide expertise, direct support and coaching to impacted teams as they move through the change, including parallel runs.  
• Work with Project and Business Teams to support the training processes for business adoption of the operating model / business process changes.  
• Plan, communicate and manage the SMEs time and capacity requirements that can be tracked in a Change Impact Heatmap for presentation to the Investments Steering Committee and MIC members 
• Prepare Status Reports for required Steering Committee and other governance forums.  

About the role:

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, Advocacy & Partner Marketing Programs, the Global Marketing Manager, Advocacy & Referrals will be responsible for driving Ignition’s advocacy initiatives and expanding the referral program to new heights. The Global Marketing Manager, Advocacy & Referrals will work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing to generate demand in priority markets and expand into new verticals.

This is a 14-month, full-time contract role as a maternity leave cover, with the potential to go permanent or have the contract extended contingent on company growth. Our aim is to have you join the team in January 2025. You will be a key member of the global marketing team and work collaboratively with our regional teams based in Australia, Canada and the USA.

What your day to day will look like:

• Develop and manage Ignition’s Advocacy Program, with a strong emphasis on APAC growth. This includes initiating, building, and nurturing advocate relationships to support marketing activities across current and new verticals to new customer acquisition.
• Represent Ignition within key association, partnership and ecosystem communities as needed to build brand credibility and connections.
• Oversee Ignition’s case study and testimonial program, ensuring a robust pipeline of compelling customer stories to drive prospect consideration and conversion. Also help source speakers as needed for demand generation programs (ie- webinars, videos, etc). 
• Source, manage, and execute new marketing partnerships within the APAC region as needed.
• Track and optimize advocacy program performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead and expand Ignition’s global referral program to drive sustainable growth.
• Manage and execute  the monthly customer newsletter
• Manage relationships and platforms for marketing initiatives, including Partnerstack for paid referral programs.
• Create and manage a pipeline of new monthly third party reviews and testimonials.
