Purpose of Role:

• Pursue potential employment opportunities that meet the needs of IPAR’s job seeking clients.

Duties:

• Assist injured individuals by generating new employment opportunities with potential employers and manage the commencement and sustainability of this employment.

• Collaborate with IPAR’s team of Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants, who will refer Injured Workers from their caseload to you for reverse marketing

• Provide job seeking assistance services tailored to individual needs, primarily through a combination of candidate marketing and vacancy generation.

• Identify and maintain a database of employers and engage them to employ our injured workers. Regularly service their ongoing staffing requirements and ensure they remain  open to receiving applications from IPAR job seekers.

• Undertake administrative functions, including detailed documentation of service delivery utilising IPAR’s client database management system.

• Maintain a customer focus at all times and a commitment to deliver service excellence.

• Required to own and maintain a road worthy, comprehensively insured motor vehicle and hold a valid current driver’s licence.

What you’ll do

You will lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.

Additionally, we’re looking for the following -

• Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
• TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
• Knowledge and certification of any other modules
• Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
• Previous implementation project experience
• ServiceNow Functional Certifications and CSA desirable
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills

Role: RPA consultant

Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions.

Open for Daily rate or Fixed term contract for 12 Months.

Daily rate: AUD 650 to 750 Per day

Location: Sydney

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 4-5 years of hands-on UiPath experience
• UiPath Advanced Professional Certification
• Mandatory Experience with Action Centre, AI/ML, and the OCR Document Understanding Framework for delivering OCR projects
• Strong knowledge of APIs, including all methods, with the ability to consume and modify APIs as needed
• Experience with the full lifecycle of an RPA project, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, support, and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and compliance with the company's IT Change Management policies
• Capable of creating process flow diagrams, process and solution design documents, and developing reusable components, frameworks, and libraries
• Proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.

The Claims Consultant is responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of life insurance claims in accordance with TAL’s claims philosophy, claims handling procedures, policy terms & conditions and in accordance with the Life Insurance Code of Practice and other legislative and regulatory requirements.  

This may include but is not limited to;

• Adhering to external regulations (eg. Privacy and Life Insurance Code of Practice) and all relevant legislation and industry guidelines.
• Ensuring all interactions with Customers, Advisers and other internal and external stakeholders adhere to TAL’s Customer Service Culture through the provision of high-quality, accurate and compliant work.
• Contributing to department and company projects as required.
• Gathering and interpreting relevant information to form an appropriate claims strategy.
• Effective determination of correct benefit entitlement ensuring that legitimate claims are paid in a timely manner in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
• Working collaboratively with Technical Specialists, Recovery & Support Specialists, Health Services and other internal stakeholders.
• Arranging and participating in case conferences and peer case discussions, including preparation of documentation, record keeping and completion of agreed actions.
• Providing exceptional customer service, including proactively managing communication with customers and clients relating to the management of the claim and initiating support options, where appropriate.
• Customer and partner stakeholder management (e.g. advisers, trustees, fund administrators) whilst monitoring service delivery and quality.
