To provide quality nursing care by Assessing, Planning, Implementing and evaluating individual patient and new born care.
To provide a standard of care according to the individual's level of experience and education maintaining high quality nursing care within a safe environment.

What you'll need to succeed Essential Criteria:

Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum of 3 years Neonatal nursing level 2 nursery experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised in the Special Care Nursery
Working with Children check (if relevant)
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well independently and within a team
Intermediate computer skills

Post graduate qualifications in Neonatal nursing (or working towards)

Remuneration If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020- 2024, a salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.59 per hour. Key responsibilities include:

Provide safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing care
