The Customer Success Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of Customer Success (CS) accounts and developing a team of Success Architects (SAs), Platform Architects (PAs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) across ServiceNow’s Customer Success Clients. The Design Program Manager will help our Experience Design (XD) team in Asia Pacific operate and collaborate with other global design colleagues and stakeholder teams as they develop critical experience foundations to underpin the Autodesk Fusion cloud product.

You are a systems thinker who has had experience maturing complex, global design systems and building programs to ensure that they operate efficiently. Responsibilities

• Design Program Management focused on enabling the design of critical experience building blocks to form the foundation of Autodesk Fusion's device independent future
• Develop project plans, scope and schedule. Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Develop action plans to mitigate risks. Identify alternative solutions
• Drive communication and collaboration across offices and time zones and across multiple teams including Designers, Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Architects / Tech Leads, and key stakeholders within other organizations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years design program management experience within a software environment
• Familiarity with user-centered design practices, UX tools and techniques, and software development methods, primarily Agile
• Strong track record of managing and completing initiatives successfully
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to align goals and efforts
• Demonstrated strong writing, reporting, and documentation skills (examples may be required)

• Experience navigating large/complex/matrix organisations with the ability to lead, manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic regions

The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. The Technical Manager is responsible to ensure the successful delivery of all maintenance services and user training outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.

The Technical Manager achieves desired profit contribution targets by monitoring and reporting on maintenance performance and costs in accordance with approved operating budgets, controlling the resources under their jurisdiction and taking corrective action where necessary.

The Technical Manager is the point‐of‐contact for the end user and customer on site for day to day operational needs.

The Technical Manager is responsible to the KPI achievement, Customer Satisfaction, Team engagement and development, Regulatory Compliance, Environment, Health and Safety and Overall support for the Training Center operations.

Maintenance Technical Manager

We are opening a new training centre in Sydney in 2024, as a part of this we are looking for an experienced manager to take on the position of Maintenance Technical Manager. This is a broad role with responsibility for the overall operations of the training centre – focusing on budgets, KPIs, Customer Satisfaction, Team engagement, H&S, and overall support for the operations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Technical Degree or similar with an Electrical Engineering focus
• Ideally has knowledge of CAE simulation technology and 5-10 years hands on experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Friendly and customer focused
• Ability to work and converse efficiently across all levels
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good problem solving and team working skills.
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations.
• Excellent communication skills, with another language being an added bonus

You'll start as a solo marketeer, connecting with customers directly via a variety of different communication channels to highlight and demonstrate the benefits of Twinkl's Australia literature and library-specific resources. You'll be moving into this position as a team of one with the support of many, so you’ll need to take a rapid iterative approach, employing different marketing and business development techniques to get the message out to customers. You will be commercially minded and comfortable deciding where to pursue opportunities. You will be responsible for reporting monthly and quarterly in line with business expectations.

This is a very varied role that involves both proactive strategic planning and reactive work as you pivot and respond to the demands of your growing market.

A typical week could involve any of the following:

• Showing tenacity and drive, and going above and beyond to reach new customers and build your segment.
• Engaging with customers within the literature and library markets (both external and school libraries), connecting with Australian authors and influential associations, and working alongside other Segment Managers and Australia to develop plans for potential development and direction of library-specific resources.
• Sales and marketing:  Spreading the word to new customers, whom we can help and support! Creating and managing specific social media activity and making sure the right messages reach our customers at the right time. Connecting with Australian authors, large organisations and influential decision-makers within the literature and library communities. 
• Digital optimisation – Creating and executing a new user experience for Australian Librarians via our web and design teams and continuously improving this.
• Business management and strategy – Putting plans in place to help achieve our ambitious growth targets and working with other Segment and Country Managers to understand what’s working and how we can improve.
