About the role:
As a Senior Software Engineer. You will work closely with developers, testers, Devops developers and business analysts in an agile team to design, build, implement and test quality technical solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Be involved in the full software development life cycle including designing, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining software that is delivered on time and within budget.

• Designing, programming, debugging, and testing software enhancements

• Interacting with product owners and business analysts to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designs

• Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, design workshops, story grooming and sizing, and retrospectives

• Provide recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code

• Responsibilities may also include participation in architecture design, performance monitoring and feature estimations. You will ensure solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architecture, compliance, and security standards.

What you will need:

• Experience with object-orientated, service-oriented architecture and domain-driven design in the design and development of applications.

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience in a commercial environment

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with .NET, C#, Angula, JavaScript, WCF, Web Services, NUnit, ADO.NET, HTML5, and CSS.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling, database schema design, and SQL programming on SQL Server.

• Must have permanent working rights in Australia and capable of working onsite in Sydney

• Experience with the Microsoft IDE.

• Sound analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.

• A high degree of numeracy and a capacity for complex concepts.

• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.

• A team player, who can also work independently under minimum supervision.

• Able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Our Energy Team are seeking an experienced Transmission Line Engineer to join our team based in Melbourne or Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of complex transmission line projects across Australia.

What will a day in this role look like: 

• Lead and manage transmission line engineering projects through the entire project lifecycle including; assessment of greenfield and brownfield transmission line projects, transmission line route selection and optimization, tower spotting, tower geometry design, foundation design, conductor and insulator assessment.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Level 2 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying devices, and managing user accounts. A strong understanding of Windows OS, macOS, Google Workspace, and Active Directory is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with Windows 10/11, SCCM, and cloud-based systems is highly regarded. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of smartphones and accessories at client's locations.
• Maintain accurate records of smartphone assets, including serial numbers, IMEI numbers, and staff assignments using Excel and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with the project team to schedule and execute smartphone deployments at client's Head Office and depots.
• Provide excellent customer service during smartphone deployment sessions, assisting staff with setup, enrollment in InTune, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security protocols during smartphone deployments.
• Manage the return and secure disposal of old smartphones from corporate staff.
• Weekly meetings with the client's project managers to report on deployment progress, discuss issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
• Proven Level 2 support experience, with strong expertise in Windows OS, macOS, common office applications, Google Workspace, and Active Directory
• Windows 10 & 11, and SCCM experience highly regarded
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services (e.g. Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive)
• Skilled in network troubleshooting and proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues with mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to build, retain, and grow our Small to Medium Business client base.

In this role, you’ll partner with an Account Manager, applying best practices and solutions as the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realising business performance gains from their investment in Procore. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

As a successful CSE, you’ll help organisations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the many business benefits they can provide. 

As a successful CSE, you’ll use your consultative mindset to leverage Procore’s technology solution within the industries we serve. You’ll be instrumental in creating long-lasting adoption and delivering custom ROI analysis for your client base. You’ll partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, PS, Support, Product and Marketing. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology. What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems preferred or relevant years of experience
• 1+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience or 1+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred
• Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing
