Job Responsibilities

• Actively promote our international project in Australia;
• Develop and implement sales activities and hit the sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory;
• Sign-up new partners and provide them with extended training of our system;
• Initiate an API deals with the potential and existing partners;
• Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with new partners;
• Prepare, execute, and manage the commercial deals with the partners including the execution of required document flow and technical setup;
• Account clients until the first purchase is made;
• Control of compliance with commercial conditions by partners including the payment flow;
• Provide market & competitive environment analysis;
• Provide comprehensive reporting.

• Relevant experience. Ideally, 2-5 years experience in the travel industry and excellent knowledge of the country`s travel market; specialized in sales management or business development of B2B travel companies;
• Language knowledge. Fluent in English, other languages as a plus;
• Competence in API technology deals;
• Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, teamplayer;
• Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;

The Role:

As our newly appointed National Key Account Manager for our Haematology and Oncology portfolio, you will have responsibility to actively manage your sales territory, key customer relationships and activities, support marketing activities, identify customer trends and opportunities, to achieve/ exceed territory sales targets.

On a day to day basis, this role will see you responsible for:

• Identify and engage with KOL’s to achieve advocacy.
• Secondary focus on pharmacy channel and support to ensure sales success.

• Monitor key financial areas including the recording of monthly sales and expenditure.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of therapy area to transfer into reasonable strategies and support future activities.

• Contribute to strong cross functional relationships, specifically; Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Medical and Distribution to support the execution of set objectives.

• Demonstrated track record of success within Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management, with a national focus advantageous
• Tertiary qualification in science, health or business fields
• Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
• Demonstrated local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success
• Highly organised with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager, APAC to join Procore’s global Marketing Automation team. In this role, you’ll help us fuel our inbound funnel by delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns and building automated programs to nurture prospects and retain customers. You’ll own, maintain, and scale our marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, data cleansing, privacy and compliance, and system optimization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and scaling marketing campaigns in our ANZ region, working cross-functionally to execute, operationalize, and measure their impact. Your primary goal will be to enhance our campaign effectiveness and streamline automation processes, ultimately driving business growth across the region.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, APAC, you’ll partner closely with regional stakeholders in Campaign Management, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations to maximise our campaign effectiveness and deliver high-quality leads to our sales partners. You’ll use your analytical skills to define operational processes and implement technical solutions in Marketo and Demandbase to support the pipeline goals of the marketing department.  

This position reports to our Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and can be based remotely in Australia or in our Sydney office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Execute on all global email campaigns, nurture programs, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives in Marketo and Demandbase, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Manage our marketing database, ensuring data hygiene, compliance measures, accurate tagging, and troubleshooting any data issues between Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, and other MarTech systems.
• Collaborate with the ANZ Campaigns team on the ideation, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel nurture strategies to maximize activation, engagement and retention across the entire prospect-to-customer journey.
• Gather and communicate comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns, covering metrics from webinars, events, advertising, email, and web traffic performance to make data-driven decisions on marketing campaign strategies.
• Identify opportunities to tailor global processes for regional needs, implementing solutions to accommodate our unique APAC market requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Marketing Automation and teach other team members best practices.  

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS capacity.
• Expert-level experience in Marketo, including familiarity with system administration and managing system integrations. Marketo Certified Expert certification preferred. 
• Experience managing an ABM orchestration platform, such as Demandbase or 6Sense.
• Experience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations to senior management. 
• A critical thinker who is highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Comfortable with editing and optimizing HTML/CSS for email templates.
