About the Role

Join us in this key Senior Mobility Engineer role where you will manage the day-to-day operations our client's EMM systems. You will problem-solve technical issues for customers to show how these products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. As a Senior Mobility Engineer you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Customers EMM systems with minimal direction; and you will have a focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience to Datacom’s EMM customer base

What you’ll do

As Senior Mobility Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Escalation point of contact for customers and team members
• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
• Creation of design documents (HLD, DDD and LLD)
• Build customer environment using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Build customer environment using VMware WS1
• Provide technical leadership for major incidents
• Ensure all tickets are up to date with detailed descriptions of actions taken and information in a timely manner
• Ensure all systems are built to agreed processes and design (e.g. Build guides)

• Identification of inefficient procedures or processes and suggesting improvements for implementation

• Provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting iOS and Android OS devices
• Provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting the Google Chrome OS device environment
• Configure Apple Business Manager (VPP, ADE and MDM Servers)
• Assume the role of technical leader or design engineer in deployment/refresh projects as required.
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (e.g. Change/release)

• Complete time recording processes for work performed as required
• Document Risks and Issues in the technologies supported, this includes product lifecycle, support, and licensing
• Assist with, and drive the identification and implementation of shift left initiatives

• Daily checks and monitoring – as required
• Monthly reports - Provide data and analysis of the data as requested
• Documentation – Provide and maintain documentation of systems and services
• Provide Regular and relevant updates to the records of Support and Problem Management processes

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating the following:

• Timely responses to customer queries
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Attendance to, and active participation in internal/customer meetings
• Follow-up on assigned action items assigned during meetings
• Operational support of customer systems including proactive monitoring of systems, assisting with incident resolution, performing standard and non-standard changes

We will support and develop you to apply this knowledge and develop recommendations on improvement opportunities from concept to implementation. You’ll build a detailed metallurgical knowledge of the Ironmaking process, including our coke, sinter and blast furnace operations.

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join us as a member of the Technical Services team, you’ll interact directly with clients and other members of the Datacom teams to support technology-based solutions. You’ll be responsible for the support of server infrastructure, within contracted time frames and services level agreements. What you’ll do

About the Role (your why)

Our Customer Delivery team is the part of the business where you can influence internally within our delivery teams and work closely with the customer to meet their business requirements. You can be proactive, innovative and look at ways to improve people’s lives through technology.

As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring that all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. The Service Delivery Coordinator provides a single point of contact for customers in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers’ requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels. You will support customers end to end, as well as work in conjunction with the Service Delivery Managers to provide support for Datacom’s larger customer base.

This role is Canberra based and due to customer requirements, you will need to be an Australian Citizen with a Baseline Government Security Clearance.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone with approximately 1 year of IT experience, preferably from within an IT managed services environment. You’ll be passionate about customer experience, be organised, and understand service delivery and SLA conformance.

Ideally you’ll have a good grasp of service management methodologies including ITIL, along with a sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks. You will have excellent verbal and written communication and your customer relationship building and management skills will be second to none. Project management experience or exposure would be a huge advantage.

About the Role

Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll provide high quality, efficient support to our clients and their customers through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes, you’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.

Operating Hours
Our Service Dsk is a 24/7 operation. These roles are for our afterhours team Monday to Sunday 8pm to 6:30pm, to be successful for a Full-Time role you will need to have full availability to work across these hours on a rotating roster.

About the Role (your why)

Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of End User Services to Datacom’s customers. Aligned to our customers business requirements, we provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/ fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.

This role will be based in our Canberra office and requires Australian Citizenship due to customer requirements.

What you’ll do

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be accountable for, but not limited to:

• Providing excellent technical support in a high-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
• Assisting new users with their IT hardware collection and setup.
• Ensuring new equipment, such as Laptops and Mobile phones, are up to date and deployment ready prior to release to customers
• Recording all customer contacts in the appropriate ITSM tool
• Keeping commitments to customers with regard to progress updates
• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
• Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure as directed
• Initiate and drive service and process improvement
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)

Our Building Services Team Melbourne are looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join the team, based in Melbourne.

What will a day in this role look like:

• Extensive, relevant experience delivering and leading Building Services projects in a client-facing role as a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing technical design documentation alongside leading and running electrical engineering components of major projects.
• Utilise your expertise in electrical services design by providing high-quality design services across lighting, general and specialist power, earthing/lightning protection, and power distribution & reticulation.

Provide leadership and mentor younger engineers within the broader AECOM business whilst liaising with Engineers across various disciplines on a variety of projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Your Impact

• Partnering with large SP, telcos, and MSSP  to secure both their and customers’ networks,  cloud, and endpoints with Palo Alto Networks technology

• Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers
• Planning and building compelling technical and business-focused solutions that drive adoption and growth after the initial sale and across the portfolio
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops
• Orchestrating supporting resources to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy
