About the role:

As a Software Engineer in our P1C Application Development team you will be working on software development and BAU tasks relating to card processing technology. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, writing technical specifications, collaborating with business analysts group and other internal teams, and providing support to clients across the globe. This role is a work from home arrangement with preferred location in Melbourne or Sydney, however it can be elsewhere in Australia.

What you will be doing:

• Designing, coding, and testing application changes

• Providing support during UAT, and assisting with implementation of software upgrades

• Interacting with product owners, business analysts, quality assurance teams and other internal stakeholders to review and discuss functional and technical solutions

What you will need:

• Sound previous experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM and card processing technology such as P1C or Base 2000 Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and stages

• Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations and operations

• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines

• A bachelor’s in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience.

About Senior Security Engineers 

At Canva, we’re all constantly striving towards our Crazy Big Goals! As the features and services of our product suite evolve, we’re setting some large and ambitious goals. We need to be able to ship robust and secure features without sacrificing speed and scale of delivery, which is where our Application Security team comes in. 

As a Senior Security Engineer within our Application Security team, your primary objective is to safeguard Canva's products and features by proactively identifying and eliminating vulnerabilities. You play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our Community by providing guidance and support to engineering teams in identifying and resolving security issues as they arise.

About the Security Group

The Security Group is responsible for protecting Canva systems and data from information security threats. Our teams work together, and with other groups, to deliver preventive and detective controls and processes that reduce security risk.

The group runs programs across Identity and Access Management, Application Security, Risk Management, and Threat Detection and Response domains.  

What you'll be doing: 

• Identifying, introducing, and improving security controls in Canva’s compute, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure disciplines.
• Advising infrastructure engineers on cloud platform security best practices and design patterns.
• Leading threat modeling exercises for new and complex architectures and features.
• Designing and developing tools, libraries and services that support Canva engineers in building secure software.
• Evaluating new and emerging security technologies that make it easier to reliably maintain platform and infrastructure security.
• Discovery and triage of vulnerabilities across Canva’s threat landscape.
• Assisting your team in interviewing and hiring other talented security engineers.
• Mentoring and supporting the growth of your colleagues in your areas of expertise.

Required Experience:

• Experience with Infrastructure-centric Secure Design Review and Assessment, including Risk Assessment and Threat Modeling process.
• Previous experience working with engineering teams to audit and remediate issues within the DevOps ecosystem (e.g. Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Infrastructure as Code).
• Subject-matter expertise of Amazon Web Services and Secure public cloud architectures, including services within the AWS ecosystem.
• Previous hands-on experience with infrastructure tooling and orchestration platforms, including Terraform, Docker, K8s, EKS/ECS and similar.
• Hands-On Experience with CI/CD platforms, such as Buildkite, Jenkins, Flux, ArgoCD, or similar.
• Proficient with one or more modern program languages (Golang, Python or Java preferred).
• Experience leading projects end-to-end whilst balancing requirements from multiple partners, and mentoring Security Engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to work with a range of Canvanauts from different backgrounds, with different expertise, and with different professional and personal needs.

Beneficial Experience (not required, but helpful):

• Experience building and deploying tooling in support of Containerized Workloads.
• Hands-On Experience  Auditing K8s/EKS configurations, including Network Policies, Manifests, Container Images, Image Registries, Dockerfiles, etc.
• Proven understanding of Secrets Management platforms as well as Secrets Management Patterns in Orchestrated Environments.
• Experience with ISO27001 Preparedness and Auditing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs of equipment with a focus on elevating work platforms, telehandlers and lighting towers. May work with other types of equipment on occasion such as hydraulic hoses, small diesel engines, etc
• When attending to customer’s sites make every effort to repair machines on site limiting the need to transport the machines off site
• Be available to travel including overnight accommodation when requested
• Responsible for completing all appropriate paperwork and inspection forms required by JLG policy, ANZ Standards and customer and/or site requirements in a timely manner
• Responsible for notifying the Field Service Coordinator if repairs or services can’t be completed during visit and the reason why, where required providing information for the ability to provide the customer a quote

• General administrative duties relevant to the role including entering accurate job notes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a similar role – experience with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical advantageous

• Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
• Operate telephone effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to Accor policy.

With our continued success, we have an exciting opening for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager. This role will support the day-to-day management of services delivered by Inlogik, ensuring we meet the contracted deliverables for the customer. This includes direct management of several key systems and processes which span Support, Product & Service Delivery teams. This role requires some face-to-face involvement with customers on an infrequent basis, including acting as a single point of contact for specific high-impact customer issues and management of Inlogik’s response to these issues. This role is also expected to manage key process improvement projects from scoping through to completion.

The day-to-day may look like but not limited to: 

• Direct management of several key systems and processes in providing day-to-day.
• Provide assistance in directing Inlogik teams to meet the demands of the customers’ business requirements. This will involve assisting in prioritising and coordinating Inlogik service delivery activities to the customer.
• Drive and participate incident and problem management representing customer interests. Formalised rostered responsibility for customer support for major incidents i.e. something that significantly impacts customer’s line of business.
• Ensure an accurate alignment between Service Delivery and technical delivery whilst communicating major service outages and/or escalations.
• Accountable for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
• Addressing any issues impacting customer satisfaction targets in conjunction with relevant stakeholders when required.
• Manage improvements in the service delivery processes.
• Ensure all SLAs are met through analysis and presentation of SLA reporting, ensuring any direct impact is dealt with appropriately.
• Coordinate planned changes with Customer Representatives, Change Management, and Service Delivery.
• Support the Account Manager's and Technical Support Specialist's on new services and/or expansion of services, providing guidance on service delivery and performance expectations.
• Managing the service desk system and ensuring the dashboard is reviewed and actioned as required to deliver against client SLAs.
