About the Job 

The primary purpose of this role is to execute Rest risk management framework within the Service Model Transformation Program. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that might impact the successful delivery and completion of program, and manage risks introduced into the business as a result of the transformation.

The individual will report to the Head of First Line Risk, and work closely with the Portfolio Director, project managers and key business and project stakeholders to ensure that all SMT project streams are executed with a clear understanding of potential risks and that appropriate risk responses are integrated into project planning and execution.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Performing 1st Line of Defence risk project delivery and delivered risk assessment on all project streams. This will includes ensuring the project adhered to the Risk Management Framework.
• Develop risk response strategies to manage identified risks effectively.
• Performing risk assessment across the all the project streams, aggregation of all the projects risks and determining the overall impact to the SMT program risk profile.
• Work closely with project managers to integrate risk management into the project lifecycle, and oversee maintenance of the RAID register.
• Provide regular reports to the Portfolio Steering Committee on the status of the project risks and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies. This will include escalation of significant risk issues promptly.
• Ensure the project risk management activities comply with Rest policies and frameworks and regulatory requirements.

As an Australia Post Business Lead, you will reconnect with long-term business and new customers alike! Making outbound calls, you will be speaking with our existing customer base to understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to benefit their business. As well as that, you will also be calling our customer base to advise of updates and changes in their deliveries and services, doing check-ins and general communications that may affect their packages with Australia Post.

As a Service Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

What you'll do:

• Provide first-line support for service desk requests (including classroom, staff, students, and parents).
• Support hardware (desktops, servers, printers, mobile devices) and enterprise networking solutions.
• Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
• Refine, update and improve the processes in line with customers changing needs.
• Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (with a strong skill set).
• Relevant certifications ideal (Diploma or higher in IT, Systems, or Networking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office 365, Intune, Azure) and networking basics.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
• A positive and collaborative can-do attitude.

Reporting to our Executive Chef you will be responsible for food preparation for our breakfast buffet, and at times assist with Pumphouse Sydney, in room dining, and function service. You will be required to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, whilst ensuring a high-quality product.
