Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service. (Please note - You will be required to travel 3-4 days on the road for face-to-face appointments - Areas covering Melbourne's Inner and Outer East suburbs).

Primary responsibilities include:

Driving Order Volume Growth: 

• Increase order volume within the designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets. 
• Acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform, converting leads into valuable partnerships. 

Relationship Building:   

• Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships between Montu and pharmacy partners, acting as their dedicated point of contact. 
• Address partner issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure resolutions are achieved.                                                                       

Strategic Initiatives: 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience. 
• Engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results and drive mutual success. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives for internal teams, stakeholders, and potential use in case studies or training sessions. 

Partnership Expansion: 

• Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 
• Identify, nurture, and convert new pharmacy partners, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand Montu's presence.

Your Role & Team

The Corporate team focusses on CreditorWatch’s core customers who range from $25m - $250m in annual turnover. The corporate function is the engine room of the business which includes business development and account managers in each state as well as a specialist team, with a representative focused on each product in our suite.

The Corporate Sales Manager is required to oversee and manage the Account Management team who are focussed on outbound activity, pipeline generation and monthly recurring revenue targets. A major part of the role is balancing these core KPI’s alongside the personal development and career progression of the team.   

In this role, you will be fully responsible for the sales performance of the team including relevant territory reviews, pipeline funnel management, forecasting and team development.
