• Support the Terminal Operations Manager through the development and execution of multi-year asset management strategies across existing and proposed assets.
• Work with stakeholders in New Energies, Supply and Commercial to scope and assess options for new projects.
• Drive a systematic, detailed approach to operational management of site assets, monitoring performance against safety and operational objectives in accordance with our systems and processes.
• For approved projects, work closely with Engineering to ensure appropriate operational input during each project stage.  Actively participate in updates to operational SSD documentation (HAZOP, FSS, FHA and SMS/Safety Case) and prepare project Operations Readiness Plans.
• Be the focal point for operational Project Acceptance or Management of Change closeouts, as applicable.
• Stay current with regulations, industry standards, and technology and industry developments.

As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development, working with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values, and leadership.   

Key responsibilities: 

• Regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual  

• Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales. 

• Drive Hello Member program in line with country goals 

• Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.  

• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook. 

• Evaluate and manage the performance of your team; give regular feedback, execute performance development reviews, development plans, follow-up and take any appropriate action to improve performance and develop your team. 

• Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs.

As part of the regionally based Property Management team, you are guided in contract delivery, organisational processes, and compliance by your Housing Manager. Our regionally based teams are constantly supported by a Perth based team including Regional General Manager, Trust Account Manager and Property Support Officer. You will bring your gun Property Management skills and confidence to the role, ensuring best practice and compliance is adhered to through the adoption of your industry knowledge and experience. You will learn about the unique nature of a single sophisticated client portfolio and integrated facility management contract.

Role’s specifics:

All typical property management duties and responsibilities. Such as but not limited to:

• Manage housing applications, assessments, and reviews
• Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures
• Routine inspections and PCR’s
• Property maintenance management
• Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery
• No trust accounting, no end of month, and no weekend home opens.

Relocation Assistance:
To make the relocation process a little easier, we offer 3 financial components in addition to your salary and superannuation:

• Long Term Retention Bonus – $15,000 (subject to Company policy)
• Relocation Assistance – $6,000 (subject to Company policy)
• Regional Living Allowance – $12,000 (per annum)

Who are we looking for?   
To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working in Residential Property Management. You will hold DMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration.   
You will have experience managing your own work schedule, managing competing priorities and working under pressure. You pride yourself on attention to detail, ensuring documents are completed accurately, processes are followed, and accurate client, lease property and tenant records are kept. Advanced computing skills, with the ability to learn new property systems is important to hit the ground running.

As Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the Front Office and Concierge teams, whilst also supporting the Guest Experience, Reservations and Night Audit functions. Your duties will include;

• Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures; ensuring guest service standards are maintained throughout the guest's stay.
• Utilization of Opera software, ensuring accuracy in use and a range of reports are produced to meet operational needs.
• Supervision of lobby services (including Concierge and lobby table service), ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible.
• Regular liaison with Engineering and Housekeeping departments, ensuring requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
• Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless) as a key loyalty benefits program.
• Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.
• Daily liaison with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximizing of yield.
• Assume responsibilities as Chief Fire Warden, and primary First Aid officer as required.
• Openly communicate with staff, ensuring regular training and feedback is provided.
