We're looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic business partner to leadership within Procore's APAC team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to Revenue Leadership and leverage a mixture of strategic and execution skills to support our sales leadership team in driving our go-to-market objectives and optimizing Procore's revenue acquisition efforts.

What you'll do:

• Partner with the Strategy & Insights team to identify trends in the business, and drive the dialogue, storytelling, and recommended plans of action with our Revenue Leaders and act as a communication partner to turn these insights into positive action in the field
• Optimize the redesign or integration of Procore's processes and systems. Partner with Revenue Systems to direct the execution of systems and process improvements
• Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change within their segments
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve the scalability, agility, and efficiency of the Procore revenue operating model in its ability to identify, design, deliver, and improve solutions to our customers' business problems
• Complete qualitative and quantitative analysis as required to identify root cause deficiencies in the operating model, or to track the effectiveness of improvements
• Maintain global playbook for common field/sales policies and processes (e.g. Global Account Management, Splits)
• Coordinate with Global Enablement to define and deliver training to facilitate the adoption of new field processes resulting from Business Operations initiatives
• Serve as subject matter expert regarding process improvement, org design, and management/measurement systems

• BS degree is preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as part of a revenue, sales or success operations team supporting more than  >$50m in APAC or as part of >$500m Globally preferred.

As the Operations Manager, you will:

Plan and coordinate activities for the Retail fulfilment centre month-to-month to achieve results and standards.


Provide direct leadership to effectively deploy innovative practices and technologies leading to significant growth.


Maximise profitability through leading performance of an end-to-end work and operational processes.


Lead and drive weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for the operations function so that it has sufficient resources to achieve its agreed objectives and customer outcomes


Manage compliance, health & safety and people matters and overall standards.


Plan and implement operational and other necessary change initiatives at business site level to improve Business Unit profitability and productivity.

About You

Minimum 5 years in Logistics or warehouse management at a similar level


Proven Management experience in transport, logistics or fashion related industry.


Previous experience in managing a complex industrial environment


Exposure to 3PL Warehousing and familiarisation of automated warehousing - Vanderlande, Swisslog or Dematic preferred.


Be data driven with a strong data skilled background.


Strong Leadership Skills to manage and mentor the team.


Experience in managing warehouse and or logistics technology and driving operational improvements


Certificate or Diploma in Warehousing / business administration or related discipline


Ability to Drive the TOLL "Safety obsessed" strategy. Actively participate in the TOLL Incident & Injury free (IIF) program
