Salary: $85,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
Our client, Xplore Services Pty Ltd. is one of the fastest growing fundraising agencies operating across Australia.
Xplore Services specializes in developing and delivering professional face-to-face and door-to-door fundraising campaigns for NGO's in Australia. Client is looking to fill a full time position for a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist for identifying market opportunities and advising on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for promoting services.
The Marketing Specialist will partner with company’s fundraising teams to develop and manage complex marketing strategies. This specialist will build out and execute strategy framework, solutions, and functional plans in partnership with other professionals and leaders across company’s marketing division.
The position demands a Marketing Specialist who can not only understand and communicate the unique value propositions of the various services offered by the business but also tailor marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and adapt to market trends are essential to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a related discipline
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for Xplore Services Pty Ltd.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Identify new opportunities for growing our customer base via marketing
• Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
• Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share
• Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies
• Gather data on competitors and analyse their method of marketing
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Propose initiatives to improve performance
• Keep abreast of industry trends, benchmarks and best practices, drawing on them to inform marketing and fundraising strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to develop measurement models/plans that are scalable and able to drive engagement strategies
• Commission and undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
• Advise on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
Skills, experience and attributes:
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
• Understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret web metrics and customer engagement data
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with marketing theory and strategies and relevant compliance requirement
• Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate priorities with attention to the smallest details
