What you will be responsible for:

• Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries

• Preparing sales quotes and orders

• Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers

• Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process

What you will need to be successful:

• Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to work independently and part of the team

• Attention to detail

• Intermediate computer skills

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our content initiatives across various channels, including our website, blog, social media platforms, email marketing, and more. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or relevant industry experience
• Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce setting
• Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools
• Experience with multimedia content creation, such as video editing and graphic design, is a plus
