We’re on the hunt for a Digital Sales Manager to join our national digital sales team in either Sydney or Melbourne.

What you'll be doing:
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Audio Sales, as our newest Digital Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving Digital Audio revenue by promoting all LiSTNR products, streaming & podcasts through direct & programmatic channels.
It will be your job to oversee a team of account managers across Sydney & Melbourne, manage senior relationships with the best independent agencies, trading desks and direct clients to showcase & evangelize SCA's Digital product suite including LiSTNR streaming & podcasts, and SCA's exclusive Australian sales representation of SoundCloud & Sonos Radio. This role will require a strong digital leader with a relationship driven approach and a focus on providing insight-led digital audio solutions.
As an leader in the digital space, you will also collaborate with the wider sales teams in driving Digital Audio revenue through innovative marketing solutions across Live Radio streaming, Podcasts, Music Streaming as well as video, display and social platforms. You will be comfortable with a data driven approach, and an innovative fast-paced environment. In addition, you will assist in the development of sales strategy, to grow revenue across SCA’s full spectrum of digital platforms.
Experience we’re looking for:
5+ years digital media experience in a sales or client focused role
2+ years management/leadership experience
Extensive knowledge of digital media with an understanding of audio
Expert level knowledge of programmatic transactions
Superior presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Digital agency and trading desk relationships essential
