Your Impact

• Build business value for our Service Provider and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) customers enabling them to secure their networks and IT assets and build services and offers based on our security offerings for enterprise customers
• Demonstrate initiative and drive to build new engagements or re engaging existing engagements in new areas for growth
• Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with our internal and partners and teams to best serve the customer
• Build an industry ecosystem of partner organiaations to serve large complex use cases with our service provider customers

The role will include the following responsibilities (but not limited to): 

• Proactively manage the online presence of hotel on microsites, Accor channels and via our third party providers;
• Manage all social media channels of hotel;
• Work with and support strategy development and activities to constantly improve the hotel website traffic including but not limited to SEO, SEM and reciprocal links; 
• Implement and maintain a 12 month marketing calendar for Food & Beverage, Leisure segment and Meetings and Events; 
• Distribution and marketing communications to internal and external stakeholders Design and printing all food and beverage menus;
• Maintain hotel and Accor image library and update as and when new images become available;
• Manage and increase the hotel’s database via Opera, InTouch and special events;

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Digital Marketing to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. •    Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, META Ads) to target potential guests and maximize ROI.
•    Monitor and adjust ad spend and targeting based on performance metrics.
•    Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat bookings.
•    Create compelling newsletters and promotions.
•    Create and curate content (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) to engage and inform potential guests.
•    Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyse website and campaign performance.
•    Generate regular reports and insights to make data-driven decisions.
•    Actively seek out and secure group bookings and events such as sporting team, groups, entertainment and business events- Proactive Sales.
•    Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure successful execution.
•    Actively seek out corporate entertainment, family gatherings, office events, weddings and key calendar events. 
•    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.

• Analytical skills to understand client business needs and requirements.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Active involvement in industry trade groups (preferred).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and public.
• Some travel required.
