The Role:

As our newly appointed Specialist Sales Representative you will have responsibility to actively manage the sales territory, key customer relationships and activities, support marketing activities, identify customer trends and opportunities, to achieve/ exceed territory sales targets. 

The role will focus primarily on designated specialties (ie: Rheumatology) in the sales territory, with a corresponding secondary aligned pharmacy channel focus to support the sales of the product.  There will also be a split focus later for Pediatrics to support another product at launch, on the specific territory.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Meet/exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue.
• Engage with HCP’S, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse practitioners in Key Hospitals through face-to-face appointments, Department and MDT meetings to provide disease and product education/awareness.
• Attend industry conferences of relevant therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the greater team.
• Develop annual strategic territory action plan and strategy for assigned products, revised quarterly.
• Identify and engage with KOL’s to achieve advocacy.
• Secondary focus on pharmacy channel and support to ensure sales success.
• Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly.
• Meet or exceed agreed reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
• Monitor key financial areas including the recording of monthly sales and expenditure.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of therapy area to transfer into reasonable strategies and support future activities.
• Use strong technical knowledge and sales skills to build confidence in our brand.
• Contribute to strong cross functional relationships, specifically; Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Medical and Distribution to support the execution of set objectives.

• Sales Experience in Rheumatology / Dermatology or Pediatrics highly favorable
• Tertiary qualification in science, health or business fields
• Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
• Demonstrated local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• A proven record in business planning with demonstratable sales success
• Highly organised with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

About the Role:

As the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager at Loam Bio you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our novel agricultural biological inputs here in Australia and fostering partnerships with farmers for their carbon projects. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager – Motoring, to join our team on a fixed term Contract. 

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing solutions within the NRMA’s Roadside & Motoring portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the annual marketing plan to increase demand and lead generation for NRMA Batteries and other motoring & roadside products as required (including membership upsell) and driving value and prioritising effective campaign execution. 

In this role you will: 

• Develop and oversee the end-to end marketing campaigns across all relevant media channels for batteries and other roadside/motoring products  
• Build in effective communications strategies that enhances the NRMA brand in the market and exceeds acquisition targets whilst lowering the cost to acquire 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and test compelling product propositions, offers and channel mix as part of product proposition 
• Work effectively to achieve acquisition & retention targets 
• Develop marketing metrics for best practice and campaign optimisation 
• Develop briefs and management of campaigns to our associated media and creative agencies 
• Manage the product portfolio communications platform across media, communications and creative. 
• Work closely with the Digital and Content teams to implement marketing plans to drive leads into the funnel 
• Using data analytics and test and learn methodologies across media and owned channels to help direct future campaigns

Who you are?  

You are a hands-on marketer currently working client-side or at an agency. You have experience in several marketing disciplines such as brand, events and PR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build Lyka’s consumer/industry trade show and events strategy. You will also assist in the implementation of the brand strategy. The role works closely with Lyka’s in-house creative team as well as cross-functional teams such as R&D and Product.  If you have a growth mindset and love the implementation process this role could be a great fit for you. 

What you will do?

• Drive the implementation of the brand strategy, including liaising with internal teams and external agencies or stakeholders 

• Identify and seek out unique PR opportunities to get which may include writing press releases and gathering information from various areas of the business. This includes but is not limited to applying for relevant product, business and people awards
