ServiceNow is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Inside Sales team for ServiceNow's Cloud Observability solutions (Lightstep). This role will be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer base, and ensuring these customers continue to get value from the solutions. The candidate will be an individual with a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation ideally over the telephone within an Enterprise capacity.  They will collaborate with their team of Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota and build the future of ServiceNow sales talent.

What you get to do in this role:

• Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
• Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial  Accounts.
• Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow solutions map to these.
• Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline
• Follow the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand withing existing accounts and ensure contract renewals
• Collaborate with an extended team and coordinate resources necessary to further sales cycle such as Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Partners etc.
• Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, strategic account plans etc.
• Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings and Renewal Rates
• Mentor team members and work on collaborative projects to help bring value to the team
• Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required.

About the role

Konica Minolta Australia is transforming to provide a holistic range of IT services and we are currently seeking a passionate Marketing Communications Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is key to managing marketing communications across the Konica Minolta brand, products and services to create awareness, build trust and lasting customer relationships.

• Create and manage annual marketing communications plan, including budgets and timelines.
• Implement marketing campaigns, programs and events to advance Konica Minolta’s brand identity and awareness of product portfolio with existing and new customers.
• Oversee Konica Minolta’s public relations strategy and programs, cultivate meaningful relationships with external audiences and serve as the point of contact for communications.
• Lead internal communications initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Create comprehensive and effective content strategy with high engagement rates.
• Manage inhouse creative resource and development of creative for campaigns, events and company initiatives. 
• Design and develop effective sales and marketing materials to create awareness and connect customers with the brand and portfolio.
• Manage annual events calendar and ensure successful execution of customer and industry events to promote Konica Minolta and garner interest with products and services.
• Coach, guide and lead the marketing communications team to ensure set objectives are met and develop their capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field in B2B environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
• Sound experience in content strategy, media buying, planning, briefing and agency management.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and budget management.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
