About You:

We are seeking a dynamic Project & Facilities Maintenance Manager to project manage our new builds and assist with maintenance for our existing store network in WA. This is a stand-alone role working remotely which requires the ability for both strategic and hands-on general maintenance across sites.

You have:

• Strong architectural and construction knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional time management, project coordination and organisational ability
• Ability and willingness to perform general 'handy-man' tasks

Your role responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:

Project Management:

• Partnering with developers to manage the delivery of new store builds with a particular focus on internal fit-outs to Starbucks standards, ensuring their timely completion in conjunction with agreed programme and budget parameters.
• Facilitate and grow strong relationships with local builders, developers and contractors
• Ensure construction projects are executed with excellence and alignment with Starbucks design documentation, brand standards and operational requirements

Contract Management:

• Management and approval of capital budgets, value engineering, variations and contract administration
• Contractor management, identification, review and ongoing development in line with our complex program of works
• Contributing to the continuous improvement methodology around our brand and delivery models

Facilities Management:

• Support the existing store network (WA) in the day-to-day operations of reactive asset maintenance requests.
• Provide hands-on General Maintenance and Handyman tasks and repairs across sites within the region.
• Ensure compliance is adhered to and managed inline with budgeted financials.

After a highly successful Paris Olympics in 2024, the newly created Lead Product Manager role joins the Streaming team at an exciting time to help define and deliver the roadmap that will take our experience forward, as we look to Los Angeles in 2028 and beyond.

The Streaming Services team works on the core API’s that power the user experience on 9Now and 9Radio. As the Lead Product Manager for this team, your role is to take a Product view of the API’s and anticipate, plan, and prioritise services that client applications will require to deliver customer facing features. You will work closely with the other Platform Product Managers and teams responsible for backend services such as Video, Content Management and Identity, often taking the lead to deliver innovative personalised services for our users.  You will also collaborate with your Product Manager peers responsible for Web, Mobile Apps, Connected TV and Radio apps.

About the Role

As the Lead Product Manager for Streaming Services you will

• Drive the product vision and strategy for 9Now’s API Services.
• Lead cross-platform product initiatives that span multiple teams.
• Mentor and coach Product Managers and Associate Product Managers in the Platform Product team.
• Look for opportunities to build Product competency and culture across both the Streaming team as well as the wider Nine Product team.
• Collaborate with your Product Management peers to ensure their requirements are understood, and the appropriate changes are delivered for them to enhance their Products.
• Functionally lead a squad of Software Engineers through the definition and development of new Product initiatives in the Services backlog.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Lead Product Manager peers to ensure the solutions we deliver match Product objectives.
• Support the “Head of Platform Products, Streaming” in driving the Streaming Platform Products vision and strategy.
