About the Job

Manages the Investments data Governance and operations delivery function, team, and capabilities, (people, processes, and systems), to deliver data driven analysis, reporting, and insights, to enable market leading Investment management monitoring, reporting and decision making across the end-to-end Investments lifecycle.

This role is expected to work with the Rest enterprise Data organization to adopt and embed sound data management practices into how we operate the Investments data solutions and to ensure the appropriate operating model controls to deliver accurate and complete data to the Investments organisation.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Operationalize data management capabilities, processes, and the organizational design.
• Lead and develop the Investment Data operational team, comprising of data analysts, and reporting specialists

As the Senior Project Manager – Wind Farm Substation within the Renewables Engineering Team, you'll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution and be responsible for end-to-end management of project design, delivery and budget of the substation upgrade at Macarthur Wind Farm and Tarrone. This role includes compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, safety leadership and performance, contractor management and liaison with other key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the delivery of project on schedule, budget, quality including planning, coordinating and directing the design and construction contractors to deliver project outcomes and associated benefits as well as appointing, engaging and motivating the contributing parties including consultants and any equipment suppliers or manufacturers.

• Preparing board papers to seek approval for the procurement, construction, commissioning and demolition of the substation upgrade.

• Preparing and maintaining a Project Management Plan to formally document the scope, methodology, and success measures for the project design, and coordinating and leading resources to obtain all permits and licenses required to complete the design and preparation for construction activities of the project, and coordinating and leading concept design, detailed design and tender evaluation workshops.

• Work with procurement in the negotiation of the commercial and contractual relationships with contractors to ensure that they fully reflect agreed commitments and adequately manage AGL’s project risk.

• Provide regular project update through regular reporting and hosting steer co meetings including forecasts to completion, risk status, issues, budget and milestone updates.

• Engaging and strategically managing community and external stakeholder relationships by ensuring consistency of key communications are aligned to AGL’s strategy and public commitments. 

• Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environment Systems and goals are communicated and adhered to while meeting AGL’s policies and standards for HSE management.

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications preferably in Electrical Engineering and Chartered Professional Engineer or eligible to apply coupled with experience in the utility industry (either generation or transmission) and substation upgrade or high voltage project experience high desired.

• An understanding of NEM rules, planning and environmental requirements for construction purposes including successful project executive in the context of difficult regulatory and financing environment.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including regulators and government agencies, and experience developing and submitting planning and environmental permits.

• Demonstrated project management, budget delivery and accountability skills for projects greater than $30 million, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills, and good commercial awareness and acumen and strong reporting skills.  

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, have effective on-site presence, high standard of safety performance and experience in proactive management of contractors.

Working closely with various internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for securing high value deals by driving and managing the financial and technical solution development, proposal development and customer interface of the sales process.  We're changing the planet for the better, one project at a time!

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing a detailed understanding of customer needs to articulate the value proposition and profitable technical and commercial solutions as well as present proposals of a high standard in accordance with business rules.

• Developing and actively managing a pipeline of business sales opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in terms of revenue and gross margin. 

• Effectively tracking and communicating with management the status of sales opportunities and client activity leveraging CRM tools and other regular reporting. 

• Working with Legal and Top-Level staff as required to refine contract terms and conditions on a deal-by-deal basis. 

• Keeping abreast of industry developments and identifying new opportunities and threats which may arise over time. 

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in solution selling with deal values in excess of $1,000,000 per transaction in similar sales roles, ideally within the energy sector or other large B2B solutions-oriented organization

• Demonstrated experience in solution selling in a sales role, as well as an understanding of the energy market and energy solution space especially in flares, biogas delivery systems, boilers and energy efficiency.

• A hunter mentality with demonstrated success in developing and executing sales plans and record of achieving sales quotas in a B2B environment.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations for clients, and experience working with CRM solutions to report and track pipeline progress.

• Excellent professional communication skills with Senior Executives of commercial or industrial companies, coupled with strong writing skills, and immediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Self-motivated, achievement oriented, well disciplined, task focused with a strong sense of timeliness.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our growing business, working from our state-of-the-art Melbourne office and warehouse facility in Truganina.

Supported by management, your role will be to take ownership of all facets of the management of our HSEQ system, including:

• Ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC22000 GFSI food safety and ISO14001 environmental standards, taking responsibility to implement changes and continuous improvements.
• Owning the process of quality issue resolution from start to end, engaging all relevant stake holders.
• Proficient response for customers & staff to quality issues & questionnaires, providing technical support, and sustaining customer loyalty by delivering a positive experience.
• Conduct quality assurance investigations of non-conforming products and processes, including identifying underlying causes, and developing and coordinating recommended corrective actions.
• Analyse trends, targeting root causes to develop and implement solutions to reduce customer facing impacts. 
• Develop strategies to promote and instil a robust food safety & quality culture.
• Develop environmental innovations to improve the EMS and reduce our ecological impact.
• Lead CI to ensure successful integration of the company’s FSMS, EMS & WHS systems, with the objective of proactively preventing problems.
• Induct, Train and ensure Competency of HSEQ Team Members (and other areas with HSEQ System Interactions) for compliance. 
• Generate reports and analyse KPIs related to complaints, customers, vendors, query close out, CRM, etc.
• Management of inventory quality, ensuring new deliveries meet our standards.
• Assistance with supplier returns by reason of quality.
• Registration and compliance of products for HACCP certification.

Minimum requirements needed for this role include:

• 3+ years’ experience within Quality Assurance, having maintained a QMS system encompassing ISO compliance, including adherence to changing legal requirements.
• Skills with auditing, compliance and working within a team to drive change.
• Sound experience across managing HSEQ functions.
• Proficient in data analysis tools for identifying improvement areas e.g. Advanced Excel.
• DMS SharePoint experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Be solutions focused with ability to make quick and correct decisions.
• Qualification and training to support your application.
